Seth H.O Ojienda
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 13 years of experience. He holds a Masters of Laws Degree in the Thematic Area of Law, Governance and Democracy from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Laws with a Second Class Honors from Moi University. He also holds Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Upper Division with an Honors. He is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Public Law Department. He teaches Criminal Law Procedure and Practice, Banking and Negotiable Instruments, Law of Evidence, Company Law, Land Law, Conveyance and Criminal Law. He is also the Managing Editor of the Mount Kenya University Law journal. He has also done lots of research and written extensively on multiple areas of law and has attended various Continuous Professional Development seminars throughout the years which has enhanced his jurisprudential understanding of the various topical issues discussed in the seminars. He is also a Standing Consultant and Researcher with the Child Welfare Society of Kenya on issues of children and the law. He has also done extensive research and has widely written on multiple areas of law.
